Welcome to Flawlesslye beauty! I'm Lesslye your local licensed esthetician and beauty expert specializing in waxing, lash extensions, and a variety of services for both men and women. After graduating from Paul Mitchell the School Costa Mesa in 2023, I'm excited to continue growing and perfecting my craft. Just give me a heads-up so I can accommodate! • Depending on service Friends & family are always welcome to hang out in the shop or take a nice stroll around downtown while you get pampered. Note-appointments can take some time. Cancellation policy • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a 30% fee will be applied. • You will receive one courtesy warning for your first no show or cancellation. • This fee can be avoided with proper communication-| understand that things happen and am happy to accommodate when notified in advance, by text or call. • If you communicate with me prior to your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a different date. Payments Deposit Policy • Deposits, if required, must be made through the booking site. • The remaining balance can be paid via: • Tap • Zelle • Cash (preferred) • Deposits may only be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment with prior communication. Menstrual Cycle Waxing While on Your Period? No Problem! You're welcome to come in for your wax while on your period-just make sure to: Shower beforehand Wear a clean period product (tampon, cup, or disc-no pads) If you're not comfortable waxing during your period, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. House Calls Luxury Beauty Services in the Comfort of Your Home! I'm excited to offer house calls so you can enjoy top-tier beauty services without leaving your home! Whether you have a busy schedule, prefer privacy, or just want to relax, I'll bring the pampering to you. • Within Napa city: $25 travel fee • Within Napa County: $50 travel fee • No travel foe for lients with disabilities preventing travel Booking is easy-just select the house call option when scheduling your service online.
